About the app

PDE_analyzer is a shiny application that utilizes the PDE package to extract tables and sentences from one or more PDFs with and without the use of search words. PDE is a R package that easily extracts information and tables from PDF files. With the PDE package, the PDE_analyzer_i() performs the sentence and table extraction. Similar to this shiny application, it is recorded to use the PDE package for large number of PDF files using the the PDE_reader_i() function, which also creates another instance of the user-friendly interface for visualization and quick-processing of the obtained results.
